Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Promote and specify interior building materials for construction and design projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage project pipelines.
• Work closely with distributors to convert project specifications into sales orders.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical advice to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in specification sales or a related field.
• Experience in interior building materials such as laminates, wallpaper, flooring, or similar products is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
