Job Summary

You will support sales and operations by preparing invoices, work orders, quotations, and delivery documents, coordinating shipments, standardizing filing systems, and responding to customer sales enquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices accurately to ensure timely billing and payment processing
• Prepare work orders, quotations, and delivery orders to support customer transactions and order fulfillment
• Develop plating process specifications tailored to customer requirements to ensure quality service delivery
• Coordinate and maintain standardized filing systems on company computers for easy document retrieval
• Organize shipments and prepare related documentation to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders
• Create standardized sales letters incorporating company product brochures to support sales communications
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries to support customer engagement and sales opportunities
