Job Description

1. Review customer drawings and quotation requests.

2. Calculate dimensions, quantities and surface areas based on drawings.

3. Prepare quotations and perform price calculations accurately.

4. Use Microsoft Excel to calculate and maintain quotation records.

5. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary costing information.

6. Maintain proper filing of drawings, quotations and related documents.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.

2. Good mathematical and numerical skills.

3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

4. Able to perform calculations accurately with good attention to detail.

5. Willing to learn how to read and understand engineering drawings.

6. Responsible, patient, organised and willing to learn.

7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

8. No engineering degree required; relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
