POS Consultant

As part of our continued growth and regional expansion, we are looking for a driven and passionate POS Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a POS Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring successful project implementation for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, implement tailored POS solutions, and provide ongoing support to enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations during the pre-sales stage
• Perform Business Process Analysis, gather user requirements, and document findings
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Configure and set up POS frontend systems
• Deliver effective user training and prepare proper documentation
• Implement POS solutions and provide post-implementation support
• Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project closure
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in POS implementation
• Experience in F&B and Retail sectors is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of end-to-end F&B operations
• Experience in POS implementation or POS system administration is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Good written communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $2,788.29 - $3,000.00 per month
