Job Summary

You will be deployed to an MOE affiliated school.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Office reception and attend to enquiries from students, parents, visitors and goods deliveries.
• Handle student administrative matters, including daily attendance, absentee follow-ups and early dismissal arrangements.
• Assist with sickbay management, provide basic first aid to injured students and complete incident reports.
• Guide staff on incident report completion and maintain administrative records, including incident reports and late lists.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience as a receptionist/ admin assistance in a Government/ Government Aided School (preferably Secondary School)/ Autonomous University Environment.
• At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
• Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Preferably have first aide certification.

Additional Details

• Work Area: Boon Keng
• Working Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break, Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Rest Days: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
• Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027
