HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Payroll

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered international investment group with a diversified portfolio of businesses across multiple industries and geographies.

We are seeking a hands-on and versatile HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end recruitment, HR operations and regional payroll coordination across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
2. Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, employee records, benefits administration and HR policies.
3. Coordinate regional payroll across Singapore and overseas offices, liaising with payroll vendors and Employers of Record (EOR) to verify calculations and prepare payroll submissions.
4. Maintain HR records and recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and accurate reporting.
5. Partner with regional stakeholders to streamline HR processes, improve operational efficiency and support employee lifecycle activities.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
3. Experience in payroll coordination, preferably across multiple jurisdictions and with external payroll providers.
4. Proficiency in HR systems; experience in investment management, private equity, fintech or financial services is advantageous.
5. Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
