We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shipping Clerk to manage daily import and export logistics, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate order fulfilment with suppliers, factories, warehouses, and freight forwarders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complete sets of import and export shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, and related paperwork.

• Coordinate shipment consolidation with suppliers and factories.

• Book containers and arrange sea freight, air freight, and local deliveries with freight forwarders.

• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates on delivery status.

• Handle customs declarations and related procedures through electronic platforms such as Tradelink.

• Liaise with overseas suppliers, factories in mainland China, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal sales and accounting teams.

• Maintain accurate and systematic records of shipping and trade documents.

• Update ERP systems and computerized trade platforms.

• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and periodic stocktakes.

• Support general logistics and shipping administration as required.
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications

• Form 5, HKDSE, Higher Diploma, or above.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in shipping, freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics administration.

• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, Tradelink, or other electronic trade platforms.

• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Responsible, independent, and able to communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners.
