Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations, supervise employees and support the company’s business development.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s daily business and administrative operations.

Develop and implement operational plans, work procedures and performance targets.

Supervise, guide and evaluate employees to ensure efficient completion of work.

Coordinate workflows between different departments and business partners.

Monitor operating expenses, budgets and overall business performance.

Prepare operational and management reports for the Director.

Maintain good working relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers.

Handle operational issues and customer feedback in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations and company policies.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Perform other management-related duties assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Good organisational and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
