3D Printer Sales & Studio Assistant

Location: Toppen Shopping Centre, Johor Bahru

Salary: From RM2,200 per month + Sales Incentives

About Us

Good Times 3D Maker Studio is an exciting new retail and creative experience concept in collaboration with Creality, a leading global 3D printer brand.

We combine 3D printer retail sales, hands-on workshops, creative learning experiences, and innovative technology under one roof.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and sales-driven individuals to join our growing team at Toppen Shopping Centre, Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach walk-in customers and introduce our 3D printers, products, and workshops.
• Demonstrate 3D printers and explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Promote and sell Creality 3D printers, filaments, accessories, and workshop packages.
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Convert customer enquiries and product demonstrations into successful sales.
• Assist customers with basic 3D printing activities and creative workshops.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Maintain attractive product displays and a clean, welcoming retail environment.
• Participate in promotional events, product launches, and sales campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Sales Experience – MOST IMPORTANT

• Previous experience in retail sales, electronics, gadgets, IT products, or other sales-related industries is highly preferred.
• Confident in approaching customers and closing sales.
• Strong selling, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated by sales incentives.
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling is an advantage.

2. English Communication – ESSENTIAL

• Must be able to communicate confidently in English.
• Able to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are an added advantage.

3. Outgoing & Energetic Personality

• Cheerful, friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable.
• Enjoys meeting new people and interacting with customers.
• Confident in conducting live product demonstrations.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Passionate about technology, creativity, and innovation.

4. 3D Printing Knowledge

• Previous 3D printing experience is NOT required.
• Full product and technical training will be provided.
• Interest in technology, gadgets, 3D printing, or creative DIY activities is an advantage.

5. Other Requirements

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work at Toppen Shopping Centre, Johor Bahru.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
