Job Summary

As a Beauty Consultant cum Therapist, you will provide beauty consultations and treatments, recommend suitable products and treatment packages, and achieve individual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, provide a pleasant experience, and follow up after treatments.
• Beauty Consultation: Assess customers’ skin or body conditions, understand their needs, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Sales Performance: Promote and sell beauty products, treatment packages, and memberships to achieve sales targets.
• Beauty Treatments: Perform treatments according to company SOPs, explain treatment procedures, and provide aftercare advice.
• Post-Treatment Follow-Up: Collect customer feedback, recommend follow-up treatments, and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Record Management: Update customer information, treatment records, and product purchases accurately in the system.
• Outlet Operations: Assist with housekeeping, sanitization, and daily outlet opening or closing duties.
• Room Maintenance: Ensure consultation and treatment rooms, equipment, and products are clean and properly maintained.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty, skincare, or body care industry.
• SPM qualification; cosmetology certificates are an advantage.
• Good knowledge and interest in beauty and skincare.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and committed to achieving treatment results.
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to support and guide junior team members.
• Willing to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
