岗位职责
Duties:
Support recruitment activities by liaising with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting with offer negotiations and handling contract administration.
Assist in developing sourcing strategies and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
Coordinate with regional HR teams to support headcount planning and recruitment activities.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities, such as team bonding sessions, town halls and recognition events.
Prepare EDMs and internal communication materials to support HR initiatives and employee engagement.
Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, learning materials and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding.
Respond to employees' HR-related enquiries and provide guidance on relevant policies and procedures.
Assist with HR process improvements, automation initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects.
Perform other HR-related duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition.
Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred.
