Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor site construction activities to ensure work progress is in accordance with the approved master and detailed work programmes.

• Coordinate with the Professional Engineer (PE) on temporary works matters.

• Liaise with consultants, including Qualified Persons (QPs), to resolve technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.

• Identify, assess, and resolve technical and engineering issues encountered during construction.

• Provide technical guidance to site supervisors to ensure construction progress meets the project schedule and required quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on outstanding technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and review method statements, technical reports, and other construction-related documents as required.

• Monitor and manage workers' activities to ensure compliance with site safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping standards.

• Supervise ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a recognised equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site operations, preferably in LTA infrastructure projects.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and technical problem-solving.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
