Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for RF, mixed-signal, and digital products from development through production release.

• Work with test engineering and production support teams on debugging, reliability qualification, and yield improvement.

• Communicate product status and technical findings to management.

• Coordinate with customers on product testing and production release requirements.

• Work with foundries and test subcontractors to resolve production issues.

• Prepare status reports, test limits, correlation analysis, and yield summary reports.

• Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate improvement during production ramp-up.

• Analyse production data to identify issues and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product engineering or test engineering.

• Understanding of digital, mixed-signal, and RF semiconductor testing.

• Good data analysis, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with foundry processes.

• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower, or OptimalPlus.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Java, or VBA.

• Experience with reporting automation and data mining.
