Reports to: Director of Engineering
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of MOS, a business-critical enterprise software platform.
You’ll work closely with users, business stakeholders, engineering and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into valuable, practical product outcomes. You’ll also manage and coach a Business Analyst and take ownership of product documentation, training and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and QA on delivery, prioritisation, release planning and UAT.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, discovery workshops, roadmap reviews and product demonstrations.
- Manage, coach and support the Business Analyst.
- Ensure product quality, documentation, release readiness and continuous improvement.
- Own MOS product training, user materials and adoption initiatives.
- Identify and implement practical AI opportunities to improve product experience and operational efficiency.
- Track product adoption, value, risks and performance to support investment and governance decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or similar product leadership role.
- Strong experience in product discovery, roadmap ownership, requirements and software delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience working with Engineering and QA teams in an agile/software development environment.
- Experience coaching or managing Business Analysts or other product team members.
- Strong ownership, commercial judgement and decision-making skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise, HR/payroll, financial, regulatory or other business-critical software, as well as product training, UAT, AI-enabled solutions, product documentation or LMS platforms, would be an advantage.
