岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 IT support for end users (hardware, software, email, and network issues)
Follow up on outstanding incidents and escalate when required
Log, update, and resolve tickets within SLA
Perform user account administration and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
Familiar with ticketing systems and IT support processes
Able to monitor reports and respond to alerts promptly
Good communication and documentation skills
Willing to work shifts
