Business Development Executive (Outbound) — FieldRobo | Singapore

FieldRobo is growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Executive to lead outbound prospecting and build our pipeline among Singapore SMEs.

FieldRobo is a cloud-based Field Service & Project Management platform for businesses with teams on the ground — pest control, HVAC/aircon, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance and other service-based SMEs. We help them digitise work orders, scheduling, technician management, quotes and invoices, contracts, timesheets, field tracking and customer communication, all in one platform.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hunter role. You'll be on the phone daily, opening doors and creating opportunities.

• Cold calling and outbound outreach to SME owners and decision-makers (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn)

• Building and researching your own lead lists across target industries

• Qualifying prospects and booking discovery calls and product demos

• Assisting FieldRobo demos and following up to convert opportunities

• Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

• Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs on calls, demos booked and deals closed

• Working with our BD and product teams to close deals and onboard customers

• Sharing market feedback to help shape FieldRobo

• Commission on every closed deal — uncapped

• Bonuses for exceeding targets

What We're Looking For

• Hungry, resilient and comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

• Confident speaking with business owners and understands how Singapore SMEs operate

• Self-driven, disciplined and motivated by targets and commission

• Experience selling SaaS, software or B2B solutions is a plus

• Network in facilities management, cleaning, HVAC, pest control or field-service industries is a bonus
