We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating training activities and supporting day-to-day training administration.

1. Customer Enquiries & Sales Coordination

• Respond to training enquiries and provide course information, quotations and registration assistance.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed registrations.
• Maintain enquiry records, registration updates and reports.

2. Training Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate public, in-house and online training sessions, including logistics and communication with trainers, clients and participants.
• Prepare training materials, joining instructions, attendance records and certificates.
• Assist in ensuring smooth training delivery and handling participant requests.

3. HRD Corp & Training Administration

• Prepare and manage HRD Corp documentation for grant applications and claims.
• Maintain training records and coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Support general training administration and documentation.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Willing to learn, multitask and work as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service, sales administration or HRD Corp is an advantage.
