岗位职责
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping, monthly & annually closing for overhead; coordinating with external accounting firm.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure all are well-maintained and available when needed.
Maintaining and organizing various documents, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Be responsible for business-related declaration and communication with CPA, IRAS, ACRA, etc.
Managing administrative budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices/claims.
Assisting with necessary documentation preparation and maintenance for audits and inspections.
Managing relationships with suppliers, service providers, and contractors.
Assisting with HR & administration duties.
Completing other tasks as per manager's request.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Good organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and documents efficiently.
Familiarity with IFRS and tax regulations.
Basic knowledge in accounting processes, principles, and financial reporting.
Preferred
Hands-on knowledge in ERP and SAP systems.
Has a professional and can-do attitude, has good organizational skills and is able to work independently.
Education
Diploma and above in business administration, office management, finance, or accounting.
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or finance related field.
