Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, combining Pilates instruction with studio management responsibilities. The Pilates instructor will lead safe, engaging, and effective group and private sessions, tailoring exercises to different experience levels and individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include planning class programs, demonstrating proper technique, monitoring client progress, and maintaining a positive, inclusive studio environment. As studio manager, the role involves overseeing daily operations, scheduling classes and instructors, managing bookings and client inquiries, and supporting marketing activities such as social media updates and promotions. The position also includes maintaining studio cleanliness and equipment, handling basic administrative tasks, and fostering strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Pilates instruction skills, with the ability to guide clients of varying fitness levels using clear, safe, and motivating cues.
• Experience in studio or fitness facility management, including scheduling, customer service, and day-to-day operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered, inclusive, and professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Recognized Pilates certification (or equivalent) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and social media platforms to support marketing, bookings, and client engagement.
• Previous experience in boutique fitness or wellness settings is beneficial; familiarity with the Singapore fitness market is an advantage.
