Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service & O&M contract activities

• Supervise and develop service supervisors & technicians

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site guidance

• Ensure service contract performance meets customer requirements & KPIs

• Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships

• Monitor manpower, plant performance, operational issues, and potential risks

• Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports

• Support sales, business development, quotations, and customer inquiries

• Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth
