Position 1: Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant

• Basic: $2,500 – $3,600 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: Commission + Monthly Product Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of perfumes, fragrances, and skincare.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and housekeeping of the counter.

Position 2: Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant

• Hourly Rate: $12 – $16 per hour
• Incentives: Commission on sales + Product Incentives
• Flexibility: Flexible shift schedules available (including weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and queries during peak hours.
• Support the full-time team in daily operations and replenishment.
• Promote current fragrance, cosmetics and skincare promotions.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.

Requirements

• Grooming: Must be well-groomed and present a professional image at all times (in line with luxury brand standards).
• Experience: Prior experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Luxury Fashion is a strong plus. Entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Availability: Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Location: Must be willing to work at Marina Bay Sands, ION Orchard, or Changi Airport.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
