Testing Lead / Senior Tester / Tester

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)

Rate: 15-20% Increment from current

We are seeking testing professionals to support a large-scale application, infrastructure and/or data-centre migration programme. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring testing is properly planned, executed, documented and completed across multiple migration waves.

Testing Lead

• Own the overall test strategy, governance, planning and readiness.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, OAT, resilience and DR testing.
• Manage testing resources, schedules, risks, defects and stakeholder communications.
• Lead test-readiness reviews, defect triage and go/no-go recommendations.
• Ensure test completion, acceptance sign-off, cutover and hypercare support.

Experience: 8–10+ years in testing, with 3–5+ years in test leadership.

Preferred: ISTQB Advanced, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile.

Senior Tester

• Lead detailed test planning, scenario design and execution for assigned systems.
• Analyse technical requirements, interfaces, infrastructure and dependencies.
• Lead technical defect investigation, retesting and regression testing.
• Validate environments, test data, connectivity, backup, failover and DR readiness.
• Mentor testers and provide technical status and recommendations.

Experience: 5–8 years in complex enterprise testing.

Preferred: ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst/Technical Test Analyst, ITIL.

Tester

• Prepare and execute assigned manual or automated test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, OAT, resilience and DR testing.
• Capture screenshots, logs and execution evidence.
• Raise, retest and track defects.
• Maintain test records and escalate blockers or issues promptly.

Experience: 2–5 years in hands-on testing.

Preferred: ISTQB Foundation, ITIL.

General Requirements

• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments; banking experience preferred.
• Good understanding of testing lifecycle, defect management and test evidence.
• Familiarity with test-management and defect-tracking tools.
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to support migration rehearsals, cutovers and planned out-of-hours testing.

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
