Job Description

As a UX/UI Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive, user-centric designs that drive engagement and satisfaction. This mid-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
• Lead or participate in design thinking workshops to generate human-centered ideas and solutions
• Participate in the utilization and improvement of the design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry UIUX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
