Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Shopee and Lazada storefronts.
• Upload products, edit English descriptions/categorizations, develop marketing plans, and publish products across various sites.
• Optimize Shopee and Lazada stores and product listings; utilize marketing tools and sales techniques to enhance exposure and increase conversion rates.
• Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Analyze sales data regularly; adjust strategies and propose optimizations based on performance metrics.
• Maintain store policies and guidelines to uphold positive ratings and reputation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum 2 years of Shopee and Lazada sales experience;
• proficient in product upload rules, transaction workflows, and sales expansion tactics.Thorough understanding of Shopee and Lazada policies; ability to resolve disputes and safeguard company interests.
• Expertise in e-commerce B2C operations; skilled in driving traffic within Shopee and Lazada, with strong market acumen and marketing strategy capabilities.
