Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, take customer orders, and provide menu recommendations when required.

Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.

Respond to customer enquiries and requests.

Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding customer orders.

Clear and reset tables after customers have finished dining.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.

Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant operations.

Follow restaurant service standards and company SOPs.
