Plan and implement learning activities that support children's interests, abilities, and developmental milestones.

Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment where children feel secure and encouraged to learn.

Guide children's behaviour using positive classroom management strategies.

Monitor and document children's development through regular observations and assessments.

Review children's learning progress and adjust teaching approaches to support individual learning needs.

Collaborate with families and colleagues to support children's well-being and maintain consistent learning experiences between home and the centre.
