What You Will Be Working On
- Drive the successful delivery of data centre projects
- Participate in the planning and execution of long-term enterprise data centre and hosting roadmap, which includes master-planning, capacity projection and management, resource optimisation, etc
- Engage and collaborate with cross functional teams and different levels of stakeholders in the journey towards achieving the long-term vision.
- Explore and implement technologies that deliver green, sustainable, and energy efficient data centres.
- As part of project management, work with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and vendors to deliver the system(s) and/or projects, ensuring that budget, specifications and any other requirements are being adhered to.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Computing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Preferably with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Industry certifications such as CDCP, etc are considered a plus.
- Knowledge in data centre infrastructure, design and standards.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
