JOB DESCRIPTION
A global MNC in Oil & Gas industry is currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join their expanding team.
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing physical trading contracts, including sales and purchase contracts across a broad oil and gas/energy portfolio. Following deals, you will draft and issue contract documentation, evaluate counterparty proposals in accordance with internal compliance procedures, and secure required authorizations to finalize deals.
Additionally, you will manage trade database records, maintain complete contract repositories, and provide ad-hoc contractual support, including reviewing master agreements, off-take agreements, and storage contracts.
Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in physical contract administration in the Oil & Gas industry
Legal background or knowledge in maritime law will be an added advantage
Proven hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and executing physical energy trading contracts
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to liaise effectively with traders, internal functions, and external counterparties
