Logistics Administrator

Location:
Benoi (West Region)

Key Responsibilities:
Shipment & Transport Control:
Coordinate and track inbound/outbound shipments, local transport, and delivery schedules with forwarders and suppliers.

Documentation & Billing:
Process shipping docs, delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and supplier purchase orders (POs).

Inventory & Warehouse Support:
Handle stock receiving, issuance, reconciliation, periodic stock counts, and maintain accurate ERP/SAP system records.

Customer & Admin Support:
Answer delivery inquiries, maintain filing systems in line with safety regulations, and generate routine logistics reports.

Requirements:
Education:
Diploma

or

Higher NITEC

in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (fresh grads welcome).

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant background in warehousing or logistics administration.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage).

Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
