Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure timely resolution of debt recovery cases
Pay attention to case details and documentation
Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate debt recovery processes
Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management system
