Job Summary

Provide expert scalp consultations, analysis, and targeted treatments

Help clients achieve healthier scalps and stronger hair through personalized care, client education, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scalp consultations & diagnostic analysis
• Perform deep cleansing, nourishing, & therapeutic scalp treatments + relaxing massage
• Recommend personalized treatment plans, home-care routines & suitable products
• Track client progress, maintain records & follow-ups
• Keep workspace/equipment clean & sanitized
• Follow standards, attend training & support team goals

Requirements

• Experience in scalp/hair care, beauty therapy or salon services preferred
• Great communication & customer service
• Skilled in hands-on treatments & massage
• Positive attitude, willing to learn
• Able to work weekends & PH on rotating shifts

Preferred

• Knowledge of scalp care
• Experience with scalp analysis equipment
• Beauty / cosmetology certification

Earnings & Benefits

• Monthly Base Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 (by experience)
• Commission Structure:Service Commission: $10 per session
  Product Commission: 5% on retail sales

Work Details

• Location: Orchard Tangs
• Hours: 10am–9pm (rotating shifts)
