Role Description

The Business Growth Analyst / Market Expansion Associate / Commercial Development Executive identifies opportunities to increase revenue, reach new customers, and enter new markets. Responsibilities include researching demand, analysing commercial performance, assessing opportunities, and supporting business cases and implementation plans.

The Business Growth Analyst evaluates growth drivers and performance trends. The Market Expansion Associate researches target markets and coordinates entry activities, while the Commercial Development Executive builds prospect and partner relationships, develops proposals, and progresses opportunities towards commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience or internships in business analysis, market research, business development, or commercial planning.
• Ability to research customer needs, competitors, market conditions, and potential partners.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating revenue opportunities, costs, assumptions, and commercial risks.
• Proficiency in Excel, presentation software, and relevant reporting or CRM tools.
• Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations, proposals, and business cases.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress.
• For growth analyst positions, experience analysing acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
• For expansion associate positions, ability to assess market attractiveness, entry options, and local delivery requirements.
