Position: HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Handle the full recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, and interview arrangements.
• Manage employee onboarding and maintain staff records and personal files.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR matters.

Administration

• Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing systems for company records and documents.
• Coordinate office supplies purchase and inventory control.
• Liaise with external parties such as government agencies, Client, and service providers.
• Assist management with reports, documentation, and other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
