About the Roles

Join as an Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction Equipment) in Kian Tech Way, working on a permanent, 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM). Enjoy a competitive package comprising basic salary, sales & rental commission, and a company car with petrol provided while developing business opportunities in equipment sales and rental.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for equipment sales and rental.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
• Arrange customer meetings and conduct site visits to assess equipment needs.
• Respond to customer enquiries and recommend suitable generators, air compressors, welding machines, and aerial platforms.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure sales and rental agreements.
• Liaise with indoor sales and operations teams to coordinate orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Meet sales targets and maintain customer engagement to encourage repeat business.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma qualification or relevant experience in sales.
• Experience in construction equipment, machinery rental, industrial equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activities efficiently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
