Summary:
Basic Salary: $2400 - $2800

Working Hours: 4-3-3-4
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform wafer testing on wafer testing platforms according to production schedules and procedures.
Conduct die testing on designated die testing platforms to meet production requirements and schedules.
Carry out die sorting activities using sorting platforms in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain and uphold 6S standards within the Fab area to ensure a clean, safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and quality guidelines during production activities.
Job Requirement:
Min. GCE 'O' Level, Nitec or an equivalent qualification.
With relevant experience in
engineering / semiconductor manufacturing
background is an advantage.
