About the role Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd is an IT hardware supplier based at Sim Lim Square. We are looking for a friendly and responsible Sales Assistant to join our retail team. Key responsibilities - Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable IT products - Provide product information and after-sales support - Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments - Achieve individual and store sales targets - Maintain a clean, organised store with proper product display and price tagging - Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and receiving and unpacking goods - Handle customer enquiries by phone and email - Carry out other duties as assigned by management Requirements - Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service - Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays - Interest in IT products is an advantage; prior retail or sales experience is an advantage

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
