Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm; Fri 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Roles

• Organize and manage activities for student engagement programmes

• Develop holiday programmes to maintain student engagement

• Supervise students to ensure safety and positive interactions

• Guide students in building positive peer relationships and social-emotional competencies

• Monitor and track student participation; follow up on non-participation

• Mentor identified students (goal-setting, academic support, SEL competencies)

• Collaborate with teachers-in-charge to equip students with relevant skills and values

• Prepare necessary materials for all student engagement activities

• Engage students in maintaining the after-school engagement room

• Provide termly programme evaluations and prepare reports

• Share updates on student participation and programme impact

• Ensure adherence to the school's code of conduct

• Work closely with school personnel for follow-up support and community resource connections

• Assist with school-wide initiatives supporting holistic student development

• Conduct end-of-year programme reviews and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
