Job Descriptions

• Liaise with the Director, project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual disputes and address project requirements.
• Oversee project planning, execution, manpower allocation, and resource utilisation to ensure efficient delivery.
• Assist in administering main contracts and coordinating with relevant departments to support project operations.
• Manage full quantity surveying duties, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, variation claims, progress payments, and final account settlements.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, bills of quantities, and tender cost estimates.
• Advise on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
• Monitor project variations, evaluate completed works, prepare progress reports, and conduct cost analysis.
• Prepare catalogues, sample boards, and perform other duties assigned by management.
