Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Onsite

Current Infrastructure Analyst Experience : Minimum 3 year

Are you passionate about IT infrastructure, incident management, and Microsoft technologies?

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst - L2(or more then L2) to join a dynamic IT operations team and play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.

Work closely with L1, L2, and L3 support teams to ensure timely incident resolution.

Perform event monitoring, incident triage, analysis, and escalation when required.

Execute infrastructure changes following established change management processes.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Infrastructure Operations, IT Support, or Managed Services environments.

Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and problem management.

Hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Server (DNS, DHCP, GPO)

Microsoft Intune

Windows 10 & Windows 11

Azure

Microsoft 365

Mimecast

Azure

Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Exclaimer

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
