Job Duties

• Stay updated with industry news and ad product updates
• Manage multi-channel digital performance campaigns across search, social, and programmatic ads, from planning to execution and reporting
• Monitor campaign performance to meet client KPIs
• Implement ad tracking, web analytics, and measurement tools
• Develop insights and recommendations by analyzing campaign data
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance
• Handle ad trafficking and material uploads

Skills & Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• University degree in Business, Communications, Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Performance Specialist role
• Strong PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to embrace the use of AI
