岗位职责
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
Diagnose,troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
Perform other air-conditioning servicing, maintenance and related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform physically demanding work, including carrying and handling air-conditioning equipment and tools, and working at customer sites.
Able to use mobile devices and basic mobile applications for work-related reporting and communication.
Willing to learn new air-conditioning systems, equipment and servicing procedures.
Prior experience in air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, electrical, mechanical or related technical work will be an advantage.
Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
Possession of a Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage for travelling to customer sites.
