About the Role

The role As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for mechanical design, product assembly, troubleshooting, and product improvement, including preparing technical drawings and documentation, estimating project budgets and timelines, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design and product assembly.
• Analyse technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Estimate project budgets, costs, and timelines.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with other engineers and relevant stakeholders within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the engineering field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, EPICOR or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, ANSYS or equivalent.
• Familiar with programming tools such as C, C++ and LabVIEW will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with CNC machining will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
