岗位职责
Job Description:
- Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly manuring activities according to the approved fertilizer programme.
- Ensure timely completion of fertilizer application within assigned blocks.
- Supervise manuring workers during field operations.
- Ensure fertilizer is applied at the correct dosage, placement, and method as per company SOP
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly manuring reports.
- Report fertilizer losses, damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma in Agriculture or related field.
- Basic knowledge of plantation operations.
- Able to work independently and supervise a large workforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
Location: Ladang Arus Sawit, KM50, Jalan Sapi Nangoh, Beluran, Sabah.
