We're looking for a proactive, commercially driven and people-focused Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, grow our membership base and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Studio Operations & Leadership

• Take ownership of studio's daily operations, sales performance, member retention and team coordination
• Working closely with the studio owners, you'll play a key role in building a thriving fitness community and driving sustainable business growth.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation and customer service.
• Lead, motivate and support instructors and studio staff i.e. Brand Ambassador
• Resolve member enquiries and operational issues professionally.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive membership sales, trial conversions, renewals and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospective members and convert enquiries into memberships.
• Develop referral initiatives, promotions and local partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Member Experience & Retention

• Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming studio community.
• Proactively engage members to improve satisfaction, attendance and retention.
• Support member events and initiatives that strengthen community engagement.

Business Performance

• Track and report on membership growth, conversion rates, retention, attendance and revenue.
• Recommend improvements to studio operations and commercial performance.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and creative mind.
• A confident, proactive and sales-oriented mindset
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Genuine interest in fitness, Pilates and wellness.
• Comfortable using Mindbody App, Google Workspace, natural curiosity in leveraging AI tools
• Willingness to work a five-day roster, including weekends.

Experience in boutique fitness, Pilates, hospitality, retail or membership-based businesses is an advantage, but not essential.

We value attitude, initiative and potential as much as experience. Pilates certification is not required.
