Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions and data entry.
• Key in supplier invoices, payments and receipts into the accounting system.
• Maintain and update accounting records and documents.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Check and reconcile invoices, statements and payment records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing.
• Prepare basic accounting reports.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
