Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes while ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, offer product recommendations, and deliver a pleasant customer experience.
Cashiering & POS:
Handle cash, POS transactions, and digital payments responsibly while maintaining accurate daily sales reporting.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain high standards of workstation and equipment cleanliness in compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards and company SOPs.
Inventory Control:
Monitor ingredient levels, restock inventory when necessary, perform basic stock checks, and assist in receiving goods.
Requirements
No prior experience required
(Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided; prior F&B or barista experience is a plus).
Positive, proactive, and responsible work attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
