Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's construction services, products and brand awareness.
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, developers, main contractors, consultants and business partners.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitors and customer requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, quotations and promotional materials for construction projects.
Coordinate with the sales, project and technical teams to develop marketing plans and support business development activities.
Manage the company's website, digital marketing platforms, social media accounts and other promotional channels.
Attend client meetings, networking events, trade exhibitions and industry functions to promote the company's products and services.
Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, building materials or architectural industry.
Good knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, customer relationship management and business development.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to identify business opportunities and develop effective marketing plans to expand the company's customer base.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel locally for client meetings, site visits and business development activities when required.
Commonwealth Glasteelum (SG) Pte Ltd (CWG) is a local company registered in 2017 specializing in Curtain Wall, Cladding, Window & Door, other architectural works, metal work, and minor construction work.
CWG people have more than 20 years of experience in the building construction industry and have completed many projects awarded in Singapore and other countries.
CWG is the sole distributor of China-Baiyun Silicone Sealant in Singapore.
