Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage the company’s accounting functions, including full set of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and be able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

· Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).

· Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and supporting documents.

· Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

· Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Reconcile accounts with suppliers, subcontractors, and banks.

· Handle inter-company transactions

· Perform daily accounting operations using Psoft accounting software.

· Prepare monthly financial reports and monthly and year-end closing.

· Handle quarterly GST submissions.

· Monitor project expenses and maintain accurate cost records.

· Assist with cash flow monitoring and payment planning.

· Liaise with clients, company secretaries, and tax agents as required.

Ideal Candidate

· Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

· Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

· Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to $4,500.00 per month
