Position: Site Supervisor cum Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety requirements and project schedules.
• Conduct land and site surveys, including site measurements, boundary checks, levels and setting-out works.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions, ground levels and site conditions before installation or construction works commence.
• Prepare and verify site survey data, measurement records, site reports and as-built measurements.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, workers and clients to ensure smooth site operations and timely project completion.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, material usage and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and report site issues, discrepancies and potential delays, and assist in resolving them.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment and tools.
• Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings when required.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in site supervision and land surveying is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and perform accurate site measurements.
• Familiar with surveying equipment such as total station, auto level or GPS surveying equipment.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
