The Role We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue and manage client relationships. As the primary point of contact for our incoming inquiries, you will guide a diverse range of clients—from corporate HR managers to individual shoppers—through our catalog and personalization options to help them create the perfect customized merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, emails, and quotation requests generated through our e-commerce platform.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific gifting needs, recommending suitable items from our catalog, including stainless steel, borosilicate glass, sustainable bamboo, and recycled PET products.
• Advise customers on the most appropriate branding and customization techniques for their chosen materials, such as 1C silkscreen, pad printing, laser engraving, debossing, or heat transfer.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales for both bulk corporate orders and small personal requests.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the production and fulfillment teams to ensure order accuracy, quality control, and on-time delivery.
• Promote our sustainability initiatives, including our eco-friendly "raw delivery" packaging option, to environmentally conscious clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with repeat clients to foster customer loyalty and generate recurring business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or e-commerce customer success.
• Prior experience in the corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or printing industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently advise both B2B and B2C clients.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when processing complex custom orders.
• A basic understanding of digital printing, engraving, or product personalization techniques is a strong plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
